Unconscious bias training?

We cover the topic of bias within our Inclusive Behaviours, Antiracism, Inclusive Leadership and other sessions. Within each of these sessions, one of our key aims is to raise awareness of bias and its impact. Most importantly, we focus on how to prevent and reduce bias, exploring ways to challenge bias found within self, others and systems.
